Job Description

This Technical Program Manager role focuses on driving the qualification and production ramp of hyperscale products, managing complex technical and operational programs, and onboarding new vendors. The position requires close collaboration with hardware design, manufacturing partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program lifecycle for hardware and operational initiatives
• Partner with hardware design and manufacturing partners for qualification and production
• Onboard and integrate new vendors
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes

Requirements

• Expertise in managing complex technical programs in hardware or manufacturing
• Cross-functional program leadership skills
• Vendor management and operational due diligence experience
• Strong foundation in program management methodologies
• Highly developed communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing test engineering
