The Systems Engineer will transform the manufacturing validation infrastructure into a highly automated, resilient, and scalable platform. This role focuses on architecting fault simulation and CI/CD pipelines to guarantee product quality at scale, collaborating with DevOps and Engineering teams to ensure reliability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the high-scale validation platform
• Design and implement advanced fault injection and resilience testing frameworks
• Establish and govern data-driven quality
• Drive the modernization of existing test frameworks

Requirements

• Expert-level design and implementation skills in automated CI/CD pipelines
• Deep technical expertise in fault injection and resilience testing
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience integrating telemetry, logging, and observability frameworks
