Job Description

Ladder is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead growth within their insurance and benefits distribution partnerships. This role involves sourcing and closing new enterprise-level partnerships, managing existing partners, and leading a team to expand Ladder’s footprint in insurance distribution.

Responsibilities

Requirements
