The role focuses on fostering strong relationships with both consultants and customers to stimulate business growth and ensure satisfaction within a professional and international environment.

• Closing deals on service contracts
• Determining proposal and pricing strategy
• Interviewing and matching candidates
• Coordinating commercial relationships with partners
• Building customer relationships
• Overseeing consultant career evolution
• Managing a team of engineering consultants
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Managing P&L
• Tracking leads and sales performance in Salesforce
• Traveling to customer sites

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MSc or BSc in engineering or business preferred
• Maximum 4+ years of work experience
• Experience in cold calling and business prospection
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong business professional relationships
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Coachability and adaptability
