ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Business Team Manager to lead sales, consulting, recruitment, and management of engineering consultants. The role focuses on fostering a positive environment for consultants and ensuring customer satisfaction through coaching, development, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through prospecting and sales
• Maintain customer relations
• Represent ALTEN at events
• Understand and define customer needs
• Interview and match candidates
• Support candidate onboarding
• Manage and develop consultants
• Coach team members and monitor KPIs
• Participate in strategic planning

Requirements

• MSc or BSc degree in engineering or business
• 5-6 years of Business Development, Account Management, or Sales experience
• 1+ years of Sales Leadership experience
• Full life cycle recruiting experience in engineering preferred
• Experience coaching team members
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
