ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Documentation Quality Specialist to manage and verify the accuracy of technical documentation throughout the aircraft lifecycle, ensuring compliance and supporting project delivery. This role involves collecting, reviewing, and correcting documentation, utilizing internal systems, and coordinating archiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review documentation
• Perform quality checks for accuracy
• Identify and correct missing/incorrect information
• Utilize SAP, PDCA tracker, and other internal systems
• Maintain digital and physical filing
• Perform documentation 'milk runs'
• Prepare and issue documentation packages
• Support document movement across stations
• Organize and validate documents for archiving
• Coordinate physical archiving

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in documentation control, quality assurance, or aerospace manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with SAP, PDCA tracker, and quality management systems
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks and prioritize requests
