ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Pack Materials Technician to mix, compound, and prepare polymer materials for evaluation, conduct tests, and support material development projects. The role requires a strong understanding of lab safety and meticulous documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Mix, compound, and prepare polymer materials
• Conduct physical, mechanical, and chemical tests on polymers
• Operate lab equipment
• Record and organize test results
• Support engineers in material development
• Ensure lab safety compliance
• Maintain lab organization and equipment

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Materials Science or related field
• 5+ years of laboratory or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with polymer compounding
• Ability to conduct standard testing procedures
• Strong documentation skills
