ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Process Analyst & Documentation Engineer to analyze process documents, map stakeholders, and ensure alignment between documented processes and real operations. The role involves identifying process gaps, preparing reports, and ensuring traceability of process information.

Responsibilities

• Access, review, and analyze process documents
• Identify and map stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Escalate stakeholder availability issues
• Identify and document process gaps
• Ensure completion of process and activity lines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in process analysis or quality engineering
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
