Job Description

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Supply Chain Materials Manager to support Operations teams in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the product development and manufacturing process. This role involves end-to-end material management, including planning, procurement, inventory control, material flow optimization, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand demand and track supplier readiness
• Monitor supplier lead times and ensure order coverage
• Review supplier plans, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans
• Resolve operational issues related to PO coverage and data management
• Track and report key performance metrics
• Support new product introduction efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with data analysis tools
• Strong organizational skills
