ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Logistics to lead transformative logistics programs at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, supporting the transition from R&D to high-volume automotive production. This role involves standardizing logistics systems, driving continuous improvement, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and warehouse operations programs
• Drive change management across engineering, supply chain, and operations
• Define and govern logistics standards and procedures
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align material flow and logistics readiness
• Manage complex initiatives across multiple sites
• Establish KPIs and mitigate risks
• Lead and mentor project teams
• Champion technology integration and lean practices
• Travel up to 25% within the United States

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or technical program management
• Expertise in leading complex logistics programs
• Strong change management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse optimization and lean manufacturing
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with project management tools (SmartSheets, Microsoft Project)
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems (SAP)
