Job Description

The Technical Program Manager will support the execution of product changes into production, coordinating cross-functional work across Product Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time implementation and clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional change activities
• Prep decision forums and drive follow-through
• Maintain Jira workflows and publish weekly rollups
• Partner with Supply Chain & Logistics on material exposure
• Monitor readiness signals and escalate blockers
• Keep a clear decision log and change health view
• Continuously simplify templates and handoffs

Requirements

• BS in engineering or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of experience in hardware program management or manufacturing operations
• Proficiency with Jira
• High-proficiency with excel / google sheets
• Working knowledge of 3DX BOM navigation
• Supply chain basics knowledge
