ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a highly organized Technical Program Manager to join their Vehicle Development team. This role will focus on managing sustaining engineering and fleet support programs, ensuring vehicle reliability, and coordinating deliverables across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a safety-first mindset, and a passion for advancing mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resources
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and procurement
• Track project progress and identify risks
• Facilitate meetings and manage documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sustaining/fleet support programs
• Collaborate with engineers and vendors on new designs
• Manage deployment of new designs and track performance
• Own ticket management and reporting for vehicle issues
• Prioritize tasks and prepare regular reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
• 6-8 years of program management experience
• Ability to manage multiple programs and prioritize tasks
• Understanding of program interdependencies
• Ability to work independently
• Risk identification and mitigation skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in JIRA, Agile, Smartsheet, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
