Job Description

The Test Engineer will establish and execute test procedures for New Product Introduction (NPI), Qualification, and Safety of Flight programs, involving hands-on testing of aerospace electronic control units and rotating machines, along with the design and fabrication of supporting test setups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and perform tests during prototype and qualification phases
• Develop and execute test systems to collect and analyze digital data
• Evaluate test results and validate findings
• Collaborate with design engineers to refine test methods
• Conduct environmental, developmental, and qualification testing
• Set up, modify, and maintain test equipment
• Program test computers to control test processes
• Diagnose and troubleshoot test failures
• Draft technical reports, test procedures, and instructions
• Partner with facility management for test equipment installations
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience
• U.S. Person as defined by U.S. export control regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
