Job Description

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Support Engineer to work with production teams and Base Ops Service Operations to troubleshoot and resolve Manufacturing Systems and SAP S4 system related issues. The role involves identifying root causes, resolving issues directly, or collaborating with other teams to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Manufacturing Execution System (MES) operation support
• Resolve MES-related issues
• Troubleshoot MES data collection issues
• Work with production technicians to resolve MES operation issues
• Monitor MES/S4 Integration errors
• Resolve SAP EAM and Configuration Management related issues

Requirements

• Strong SAP ME/Mii experience
• Manufacturing plant floor support experience
• Basic knowledge of S4/HANA and SAP ME/Mii integration
• Experience with SAP EAM module
• Basic knowledge of MES integration with PLC using Kepware
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or Engineering
• 4-6 years of MES experience in manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience with SAP ME/Mii/PCo and Kepware
• Prior experience working on SAP EAM systems
• Understanding of complex manufacturing processes
