Job Description

The Vice President of Finance and Operations will be a strategic partner across GP and family office operations, strategic investment oversight, and financial planning/reporting. This role requires a proactive leader to coordinate financial, operational, and personal objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wealth management, tax, and estate planning
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance
• Evaluate private investments and conduct due diligence
• Prepare financial analyses for investment decisions
• Coordinate consolidated financial statements and forecasts
• Manage budgeting and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Manage accounting functions and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• MBA, CPA, or CFA Charterholder preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Experience supporting executive leadership
• Background in GP and family office operations preferred
• Familiarity with private investments and capital markets
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations
• Excellent Excel skills
