Stronghold Investment Management is seeking a driven Landman Operations professional with experience in land, title, and operational work. This role supports land management, business development, and operational execution, focusing on developing drilling prospects and strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, contract and title expertise, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, distribute, and track proposals
• Negotiate and manage contracts
• Participate in asset evaluation and due diligence
• Order and review title
• Perform title and operational analysis
• Assemble drilling prospects
• Provide operational and administrative support
• Travel for relationship-building and deal execution

Requirements

• 2–5 years of land and operations experience in the energy sector
• Strong foundation in property law and mineral rights
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset
• Willingness to travel
• Familiarity with GIS and land management software
