Job Description

Stronghold Investment Management is seeking a Title Records Specialist with experience in County Clerk or Recorder offices to manage real property records across the United States, supporting acquisition and legal workflows, particularly in oil and gas. The role involves sourcing, organizing, and verifying title documentation to ensure internal teams have access to accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain real property records from counties across the U.S.
  • Build and maintain relationships with county officials
  • Maintain and improve internal title records repository
  • Collaborate with technology team on document management
  • Partner with acquisitions, legal, and land teams
  • Review documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Track title deliverables and generate reports

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a County Clerk/Recorder’s office or land/title role
  • Deep knowledge of public land records systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive, and PDF editing tools
  • High integrity and commitment to process improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
