Job Description

Tripadvisor is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own strategic and enterprise accounts end-to-end within their Content Solutions business. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, providing technical support, driving account growth, and building scalable processes for onboarding and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for data/content partners
  • Provide hands-on technical support (API QA, troubleshooting)
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales
  • Monitor usage and support renewals/upsells
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Design onboarding/adoption playbooks
  • Co-build scalable processes and reporting frameworks
  • Translate customer insights into roadmap priorities

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in technical account management (SaaS/DaaS)
  • Proven track record managing enterprise accounts
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with APIs (RESTful, JSON, XML, OAuth)
  • SQL and BI platform (Tableau) skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner with attention to detail
