Flow Traders US is seeking experienced C++ Engineers to develop and optimize event-driven trading systems. The role involves building systems for analyzing and trading products across global venues, collaborating with technologists, researchers, and traders, and contributing to the firm's trading technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver trading systems processing market data
• Measure and optimize performance for reliability and latency
• Collaborate with Technology, Trading, and Quantitative Research
• Iterate fast and often, pushing changes to production

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional C++ software development experience
• Ability to write clean, reliable, and scalable code
• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Experience in parallel, asynchronous, and multithreaded programming
• Interest in performance optimization
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally
