Flow Traders US is seeking experienced C++ Engineers to develop and optimize event-driven trading systems, collaborating with traders and researchers to enhance trading technology and achieve market-leading performance. The role involves designing, delivering, and optimizing systems for processing market data and trading decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver trading systems processing market data and trading decisions
• Measure and optimize performance for reliability, latency, and throughput
• Collaborate with Technology, Trading, and Quantitative Research teams
• Iterate fast and often, pushing changes to production and refining approach

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional C++ software development experience
• Ability to write clean, reliable, and scalable code
• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Experience in parallel, asynchronous, and multithreaded programming
• Interest in maximizing hardware and software performance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally
