Job Description

Pinwheel is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical point of contact for prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and partner with sales to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for APIs and a proven ability to craft solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical point of contact
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Partner with Account Executives
  • Act as a technical consultant
  • Maintain technical understanding of platform
  • Translate prospect feedback
  • Scope and execute proof of concept projects
  • Own RFP responses
  • Partner on security due diligence

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering (B2B SaaS)
  • Experience with SMB and Enterprise customers
  • Passion for understanding complex systems (APIs, database)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Track record of scrappy problem-solving
