Job Description

Pinwheel is seeking a high-performing and experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing deals with top financial institutions and fintech companies. The role involves building relationships with key decision-makers, expanding market reach, and contributing to the company's sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline
  • Close deals with a high win rate
  • Break into fintech and financial institutions
  • Strategically plan and execute territory initiatives
  • Establish partnerships with C-level executives
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Legal
  • Master sales methodology and tech stack
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Stay sharp on industry trends
  • Share insights with product and marketing teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in fintech/banking
  • Experience leading and closing $200K+ ACV deals
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles
  • Strong customer centricity and product thinking
  • Experience driving sales from zero to first transaction
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
  • Comfortable working onsite 3 days/week
