Job Description

Pinwheel is seeking an Analytics Manager to serve as a strategic partner across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams. This role focuses on driving insights, surfacing opportunities, and shaping product and business strategy through proactive analysis of product metrics and customer behavior. The ideal candidate will combine quantitative and qualitative data to influence roadmap priorities and empower teams with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own analytics across Pinwheel’s product suite
  • Identify trends and opportunities in product metrics
  • Develop metrics frameworks and KPI dashboards
  • Partner with EPD and GTM teams to translate insights into action
  • Build understanding of customer segments and product performance
  • Enable Sales and Marketing with case studies and metrics
  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams on data infrastructure
  • Develop a system to synthesize qualitative feedback

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics
  • Expert-level SQL skills
  • Deep experience with Looker / LookML
  • Strong understanding of data architecture
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Track record of proactive insights
  • Excellent communication skills
