Job Description

Arcadia is seeking a Data and Analytics leader to build and lead a team focused on analyzing and improving their products and services by processing millions of utility bills monthly. This role requires experience in building, scaling, and running a Data and Analytics team within a SaaS company, with expertise in large-scale data operations and a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a data organization
• Oversee processing and analysis of millions of utility bills monthly
• Ensure data quality and customer insight
• Build a multi-year data strategy
• Build a framework for data investments
• Lead optimization of Snowflake data architecture
• Own the enterprise unified data model and architecture

Requirements

• Expert Data & Analytics leader with experience processing large-scale datasets
• Deep expertise with Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with dbt, Hex, and Fivetran/Airbyte
• Experience building and leading Data & Analytics teams at high-growth SaaS companies
• Experience with utility data or high-volume transactional data
• Strong communication and process leadership skills
• 12+ years of experience in data-intensive environments
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Business-focused with a focus on solving real-world problems
