Arcadia is seeking a Director of Information Security to lead their information security strategy and policy. This role involves mitigating risk, monitoring security program effectiveness, and interfacing with regulators and third parties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive information security roadmap
• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers
• Architect programs to enhance security policies
• Partner with engineering teams on security requirements
• Respond to security incidents
• Participate in security audits
• Review and update information security policies
• Develop regulatory structures around data security
• Oversee security efforts across the company
• Stay up to date with IT/Security trends
• Launch company-wide security initiatives

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in information security/risk management
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with SOC II, GDPR, and CCPA compliance
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Track record of successful security initiative implementation
• Passion for sustainability
