Job Description

Arcadia is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the migration of complex customer workflows and data from a legacy platform to their flagship platform. This role involves close collaboration with enterprise customers, contributing to new features for commercial bill pay and energy procurement, and driving product initiatives from conception to launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business
• 6+ years of software product management experience
• 4+ years of SaaS/data platform PM experience
• Experience with enterprise customers
• Experience with big data systems
• Expertise with internal tools and automation
• Ability to break down complex problems
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills
