Perpay is seeking a Data Engineering Intern for the summer of 2026 to learn and gain real-world experience. The intern will build data pipelines, design tools, analyze large volumes of data, and partner with stakeholders to implement data solutions. This internship offers mentorship, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced tech startup.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of data
• Solve big data warehousing problems

• Synthesize takeaways from complex information
• Drive recommendations to management

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or will receive a Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, Mathematics or an equivalent technical discipline
• Expected graduation date between winter 2026 – summer 2027
• Experience using SQL for acquiring and transforming data
• Experience with database and / or data warehouse operations
• Exposure to third-party APIs
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages (Python preferred)
