Job Description

Perpay is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to build excellent user experiences across all application layers. The ideal candidate will contribute to feature development, code reviews, and design scoping in a fast-paced startup environment, with opportunities for growth into senior roles. They will work with a modern tech stack including Javascript, React, Python, and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and other Engineers
• Design, build, test, and release new features
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Contribute to Engineering design process
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with a focus on full stack development
• Proficiency in backend frameworks like Django or Flask
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) preferred
• Passion for learning new technologies
• Strong communication skills
