Job Description

The Clinical Field Specialist, CT is responsible for optimizing customers’ imaging programs and workflows by assisting with the proper use of Heartflow products. This role involves traveling to customer sites to deliver training and build relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer lifecycle and optimize coronary CT programs
• Identify areas for improvement and enhance quality acceptance rates
• Ensure customers implement changes to optimize product use
• Conduct virtual and live training sessions
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records in Heartflow systems
• Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions
• Stay updated on CT technology and training methodologies
• Proactively optimize customer performance

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of cardiac CT
• Teaching and industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Associate degree in radiology, technology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience
• Active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certified in Radiology
