Job Description

The Implementation Manager leads the integration of Heartflow’s technology into customer accounts, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves project management, training, and collaboration with internal and external teams to drive adoption and achieve customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation process for new customer accounts
• Manage implementation projects for new products
• Provide end-user and commercial team training
• Provide technical solutions to customer inquiries
• Document customer feedback and track resolutions
• Manage implementation project funnel and timelines
• Design solutions and tools to support commercial growth
• Lead customer teams and manage project scope
• Manage End-to-End Workflow Build
• Ensure Go-Live criteria are met

Requirements

• BS/MS in engineering or sciences
• 3+ years experience with advanced degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience
• Project/program management experience
• Extensive experience with EPIC and/or similar EMR systems
• Knowledge of hospital operations and technology implementation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of digital health technologies, Healthcare IT, or Healthcare management
• Customer-focused and adaptable mentality
