Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist delivers world-class customer service for HeartFlow’s web-based medical software products to research and commercial accounts, ensuring rapid issue resolution and customer satisfaction. This role integrates the HeartFlow technology into customer workflows and provides technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries
  • Document and resolve reported issues
  • Deliver customer feedback to CRM system
  • Assist with case management and troubleshooting
  • Support Sales staff with product knowledge
  • Assist in on-boarding new accounts
  • Improve customer support quality through process redesign
  • Develop customer technical support solutions

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong technical skills in MS Office
  • Experience with data analysis and MS Excel
  • Experience with DICOM, medical devices, or EHR/EMR software preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool preferred
  • Fluency in English required
  • 3-5 years of customer facing work experience preferred
  • Bachelor degree preferred
