Job Description

Heartflow is seeking a highly driven and analytically sharp Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, focusing on cultivating and managing strategic external relationships to expand their asset base and informational ecosystem. The role requires strong financial acumen, partnership management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through deal execution.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead market scanning and intelligence gathering
  • Assess strategic fit and technical feasibility of collaborations
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Lead transaction execution, including due diligence and negotiations
  • Develop financial models to assess impact of initiatives
  • Prepare investment theses and deal presentations
  • Manage outside consultants and internal diligence efforts
  • Serve as liaison for external stakeholders and internal teams
  • Drive internal consensus and manage deliverables
  • Own contracting and governance model for partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or life sciences business development
  • Track record of structuring and executing complex transactions
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder collaborations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Cross-functional leadership abilities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
