Heartflow is seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of their Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with extensive experience in Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud CPQ, capable of guiding a small team and contributing to scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution design and architecture
• Act as senior technical resource for complex tasks
• Mentor and manage Salesforce developers
• Develop and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud
• Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Oversee data governance and migration
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases
• Troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years Salesforce experience, 3+ as Architect
• Experience leading a Salesforce team
• Extensive Sales Cloud experience
• Strong Revenue Cloud (CPQ) experience
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools
• Salesforce certifications desirable
• Strong analytical and communication skills
