Job Description

The Finance Manager will own the operating and capital budget management, financial planning, and decision support. This role collaborates with leadership across multiple functions and is responsible for monthly forecast accuracy, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Financial ownership of operational and capital budgets
• Support functional leadership in P&L management
• Monthly forecast accuracy and reporting
• Develop and maintain data-driven metrics
• Enhance and maintain company reporting tools
• Drive ad-hoc analyses and special projects
• Centralized FP&A activities
• ELT & BoD report preparation
• FP&A System Ownership (Datarails)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7-10 years of FP&A or Accounting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Robust finance/accounting background
• Expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail
• MBA or Masters in Accounting or Finance preferred
• CPA/CMA preferred
• Medical Device/BioPharma/Healthcare Technology experience preferred
• SaaS business experience a plus
• Knowledge of Planful, NetSuite, and Tableau a plus
