Job Description

Heartflow is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee and manage all clinical operational activities at the trial and site level. The role involves collaborating with research staff, investigators, and vendors to ensure clinical studies meet timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical research, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical study sites and documentation
• Manage vendors
• Develop clinical trial timelines and instructional materials
• Lead process improvement activities and SOP development
• Conduct study start-up activities
• Review site regulatory documents
• Maintain relationships with investigators and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of ICH Guidelines, US FDA, and European clinical trial requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Cardiovascular medical device clinical research experience a plus
