Job Description

The Senior Manager, Medical Education – Cardiology will shape impactful peer-to-peer learning experiences for healthcare professionals in the cardiovascular community. This role drives the design, faculty engagement, and content oversight for regional symposia, hands-on workshops, and other scientific education initiatives, ensuring programs are scientifically rigorous, clinically relevant, and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of medical education initiatives
• Ensure educational content aligns with strategy and audience needs
• Liaise with faculty to develop and review content
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders
• Oversee development and quality control of medical education materials
• Transform clinical data into compelling educational narratives
• Act as a strategic connector between internal functions
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to assess program effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• Advanced degree preferred
• 10 years work experience with 7+ years in medical education, scientific communications, or medical affairs
• Strong background in cardiology preferred
• Demonstrated success managing faculty relationships
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of compliance standards and industry regulations
• Ability to travel approximately 30%
