Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
• Manage calendar invites across multiple time zones
• Document communications and maintain records
• Streamline workflows and improve processes
• Provide administrative support for program execution
• Utilize Salesforce, Google Suite, and Monday.com
• Serve as a point of contact for collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in coordination or medical education
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Monday.com
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
