Job Description

Heartflow is seeking a Director of Operations Analytics and Workforce Management to oversee Workforce Planning and Optimization, Operations Analytics, and the Operations PMO. This role involves leading a team to achieve operational excellence through data-driven insights, strategic workforce planning, and successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations analytics framework
• Establish KPIs and create interactive dashboards
• Utilize advanced analytics for trend identification and strategic recommendations
• Lead strategic workforce planning
• Implement labor forecasting and scheduling models
• Evaluate service delivery models
• Identify, prioritize, and track strategic initiatives
• Drive project execution from conceptualization to implementation
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (STEM, Data Analytics, etc.)
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or service operations
• Experience in medical device or regulated life sciences preferred
• Expertise in workforce planning, capacity modeling, and cost optimization
• Proficiency in workforce management tools (Verint, NICE, Aspect)
• Strong analytics skills and proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Domo)
• Proficiency in project management frameworks, PMP certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Data-driven decision making
• Highly collaborative
