Job Description

The Strategic Outpatient Imaging Account Manager will focus on strengthening customer relationships and driving patient growth within outpatient imaging centers and national cardiology/multispecialty practices. This role involves developing and executing growth strategies, partnering with internal teams, and expanding the use of HeartFlow's cardiac testing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies
  • Partner with Territory Account Managers
  • Train/educate client business development representatives
  • Participate in strategy development
  • Increase FFRct and Plaque order rates
  • Establish relationships with customer organizations
  • Manage workflow improvement
  • Coordinate internal resources
  • Identify expansion opportunities
  • Serve as a customer advocate
  • Perform quarterly business reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare imaging
  • Experience in field sales, strategic account management, or consulting
  • Understanding of clinical, business, and financial drivers
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Proven sales skills
  • Account development experience
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of outpatient imaging space
  • Channel sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
