Job Description

Heartflow is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to support the scaling of their commercial organization and commercialization efforts in multiple countries. The role involves managing the drafting and redline process for commercial contracts, collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers, and ensuring efficient contract management.

Responsibilities

• Draft Amendments, Agreements, NDA’s and BAA’s
• Facilitate redlines for commercial contracts
• Address contract questions from internal and external parties
• Improve contract process efficiency
• Develop and maintain a contract playbook
• Bridge communication between sales and legal teams
• Ensure business systems optimization

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in commercial contracting
• Experience redlining and problem-solving contract terms
• Comfortable with customer calls regarding redlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced legal education preferred
• 2+ years of healthcare industry experience preferred
