Job Description

The Regional Business Manager will lead a team of Territory Account Managers, driving performance and accountability to transform the standard of care in diagnosing coronary artery disease. This role focuses on hiring, training, coaching, and developing the team to achieve growth results and ensure customer success with Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology.

Responsibilities

  • Create solutions for new opportunities
  • Develop programming to reach ordering physicians
  • Drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFRct clinical pathways
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Increase Heartflow usage within key accounts
  • Maintain and build relationships with referring physicians
  • Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition
  • Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts
  • Drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience with a 4-year degree, or 7+ years with a 2-year degree
  • Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred
  • Prior experience in medical device, cardiology, or related fields
  • Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies
  • Ability to hire, develop, and performance manage talent
  • Proven sales management skills
  • Account development experience
  • Clinical/technical proficiency
  • Customer-focused mentality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
