Job Description

The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for driving adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology within a specific geographic region, focusing on building relationships with customers and ensuring their success. This customer-facing role requires proactive support, education, and solution provision to Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFRct clinical pathways
  • Develop and execute business development plans
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Maintain and build relationships with referring physicians
  • Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition
  • Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts
  • Increase Heartflow usage within designated accounts

Requirements

  • 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years
  • Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement
  • Account development experience
  • Clinical/technical proficiency
  • Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mentality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways is preferred
  • Experience with CRM
