Heartflow is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the development of medical-grade clinical and imaging algorithms. This role involves defining scope, writing requirements, making strategic trade-offs, and ensuring collaboration across teams, with a focus on core algorithm development and FDA regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and drive development of medical algorithms
• Define user needs and product requirements
• Collaborate with UX design, engineering, and other teams
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights
• Oversee product development and delivery
• Lead strategic initiatives
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute to process improvement

Requirements

• Proven track record as a product manager with FDA-regulated software
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of medical algorithm development and validation
• Appreciation for visual design and usability
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
• Passion for understanding customer needs
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Science, or similar
• 12+ years of professional experience in product management
