Job Description

The Brand Manager will bring Taco Bell’s brand to life through strategy, storytelling, and creative executions. This role will turn brand and cultural strategy into engaging ideas that connect with fans and drive business growth, requiring a strategic, creative thinker with a strong understanding of culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy development for brand initiatives
  • Drive the brand tentpole pipeline
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams on creative ideas
  • Collaborate across functions for integrated ideas
  • Drive day-to-day creative development
  • Lead brand planning and track programs
  • Track and report on key brand metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Creative Development, or Strategic Planning
  • Proven ability to create and execute brand strategies
  • Strong communication skills
