Job Description

The VP, Brand Product Marketing will lead a team responsible for driving product and go-to-market strategy, developing key themes, and creating impactful campaigns for a $17 billion business. This role involves collaboration with sales, food innovation, and cross-functional teams to attract and retain consumers, and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and guide a marketing team
  • Provide thought leadership on marketing and menu strategy
  • Lead product marketing strategy and vision
  • Deliver national and test product calendars
  • Drive commercial planning for product calendar
  • Lead consumer insight and analysis
  • Develop marketable category concepts and product vision
  • Analyze business performance
  • Present to senior executives and franchisees
  • Partner with Franchise Marketing
  • Streamline commercialization processes

Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience in product, product marketing, or brand management
  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership position
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Experience launching and scaling mass-market products
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing team
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Experience creating integrated marketing plans
  • Executive level communication skills
  • Ability to influence and manage priorities
