Job Description

Taco Bell is seeking a highly energetic Administrative Assistant to support the Field Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative work, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support departmental leaders and field teams
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Coordinate travel and expense reports
  • Serve as a liaison between field and Restaurant Support Center
  • Prepare documents and presentations
  • Manage department budget and project spending
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Partner with HR for onboarding
  • Support ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive administrative experience
  • Experience supporting executive teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • PMO experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and computer skills
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong calendaring and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail
