Job Description

Yum! Brands is seeking a Sr. Director to lead their global recruiting function and drive alignment across the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. This role will oversee regional TA leaders and enablement teams to ensure consistent strategy, process, and technology adoption across all brands. The Sr. Director will partner with leaders to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and equitable hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global TA strategy alignment
• Partner with COE and business leaders for workforce planning
• Oversee regional TA Leads and enablement teams
• Drive adoption of standardized recruiting processes
• Optimize ATS, CRM, and automation workflows
• Monitor key performance metrics and improve hiring processes
• Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
• Develop recruiter capability and succession pipelines

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR
• Multi-region leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of MSP/VMS programs
• Proven ability to design or evolve a Center of Excellence
• Expertise in recruiting technology and systems
• Strong understanding of TA/HR metrics and data-driven decision making
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Future-focused leader with strategic and operational excellence
