Job Description

Newsweek is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by securing demand-side and supply-side partnerships for their Adprime platform, a leading digital healthcare publishing and programmatic provider. The role involves managing the full partnership lifecycle, identifying client needs, and collaborating with product teams to enhance the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of DSP clients and inventory suppliers
  • Achieve revenue goals tied to DSP media spend and exchange deals
  • Drive adoption of the DSP and onboard premium publishers
  • Negotiate commercial terms
  • Collect partner feedback and collaborate with product teams
  • Serve as the key point of contact for partners
  • Stay ahead of programmatic and healthcare data trends
  • Ensure smooth technical integrations and campaign setup
  • Develop partner-facing collateral and reports

Requirements

  • 4+ years in ad tech business development with revenue targets
  • Success in driving DSP/exchange partnerships
  • In-depth understanding of programmatic ecosystems
  • Familiarity with healthcare targeting and data privacy
  • Strong revenue-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to translate client needs into product recommendations
  • Understanding of DSP operations and data integrations
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
