Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installation of and maintenance for various facilities and manufacturing equipment at the Devens, Massachusetts campus, with occasional work in Somerville, Massachusetts. This role provides second shift maintenance coverage and utilizes a CMMS for tracking maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Provide maintenance support for equipment installation, relocation, or modification
• Provide second shift maintenance coverage for buildings and facilities
• Utilize a CMMS for tracking maintenance and repair
• Assist in developing maintenance procedures and schedules

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalency certificate or higher
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• 7+ years experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing repair
• Ability to read technical and electrical drawings
• Proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
