Job Description

The Cybersecurity Manager will lead and manage the company's cybersecurity program, developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and controls to protect information assets from cyber threats. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership experience, and the ability to manage a team of security professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program
• Oversee monitoring for security breaches and investigate incidents
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and implement measures
• Manage the cybersecurity budget
• Collaborate with departments to integrate security
• Provide reports to senior management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a cybersecurity team
• Manage team workload and prioritize projects
• Participate in recruitment and hiring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on cybersecurity role
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership/management position
• Experience developing and implementing a cybersecurity strategy
• Hands-on experience with incident response and threat hunting
• Deep understanding of network, endpoint, and identity security
• Expert knowledge of cyber threats and mitigation strategies
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
